Delivery Details We will dispatch all orders for crystal scatter within 48 hours after you placing an order and us receiving payment for your order, we will confirm all orders via email with the exact shipping day for your order. If you have not receive an email confirming your order with a delivery date within 48 hours, please contact us immediately. For crystal scatter Only, if you place an order before 12 noon Monday - Friday, Your order will be processed and shipped out the same day (Subject to stock). Orders received after the above times will be shipped out the next day, if it is Weekend or bank holiday, this means we will ship out on Monday or the next working day after a Bank Holiday when we are back to service. (Update 29/08/08). For Jewellery - shipping out the same day is possible, or not over 7 working days, as all Jewellery is Handmade to order. Backorder : If the items that you have ordered is not be in stock on the day that you have placed an order, we will send the other items that are currently in stock out first and inform you the day that we expect the item will be in stock during the next 7 - 10 days, in this case we not charge for extra post cost, however if you unable to wait a refund will be offer. Please be aware that we only send out back-ordered items by recorded delivery not special delivery, which means you can claim compensation of up to £36 Maximum, if you wish us to send by Special delivery for compensation of up to £500, we will need £3.30 extra for this service (Applys for UK orders only, for international order if the items that you have ordered is not be in stock, we will inform you the day that we can delivery the item that is not in stock out to you, if you unable to wait we will send the items that are currently in stock to you and cancel the items that not in stock along with a refund within 24 hours) If you selected : - Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed Next working Day by 1 PM not including Weekends and Bank Holidays, is available for orders placed before 12 Noon Monday to Thursday ( Orders on Friday are not Guaranteed for Next Day, but normally 80% will arrive on the Saturday, Royal Mail Guarantee for the Monday) - Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery will take 2 - 15 working days to arrive. We are unable to do anything about delays or missing packages until 15 working days has elapsed, this is not our policy but Royal Mails, they will not look for or process any claims until 15 working days has past from the date of posting. All parcels will require a signature. If you are not in a card will be left to say where your parcel can be collected from. - Royal Mail International Sing for, we send by Air mail. For Europe will take 4 - 15 working days to arrive. For USA will take 1 - 4 weeks to arrive normally, if the parcel has not been held at customs it will arrive within 7 working days. For Asia will take 1 -4 weeks to arrive normally, if the parcel has not been held at customs it will arrive within 7 working days. The customers is responsible to arrange for collection or re-delivery. Any parcels not collected and returned to us will be sent out again, but a postage charge for re-delivery will apply and must be paid before the parcel is resent. However, if you do not wish to have the goods sent out to you again we will refund the cost of your order less the shipping costs, a restocking fee of £2.00 will also apply. If you do not receive the expected package within 30 days of dispatch please notify us for any claim to be valid. We will not be responsible for any claims for lost or non delivery, which have not been notified to us within 30 days of the date that we have dispatched your order. Returns Policy You can return jewellery or crystals and we will refund the full cost of the item/s, minus the shipping charge. If you are not satisfied or the jewellery did not meet your expectations for any reason, we will be glad to either exchange the jewellery, or refund your money (your choice), as long as its within 7 days of you receiving your order. When you take delivery Please Check all your items straight away, If the Jewellery or Crystals arrive damaged..., then you must please contact us immediately in the same day you take delivery of your goods, so we can be able to make a claim for a refund or replacements. If you are not contact us about any damaged items on the same day you take delivery breaks our terms as laid out in the Crystal Beads - Jewellery Shop Returns Policy, this will mean we are not obliged to offer any compensation, money or goods, and cannot be held accountable. IMPORTANT: To receive a full refund, the jewellery or crystals must be returned in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received within 7 days of you receiving your order. Do not throw the packaging away until you're sure you want to keep the jewellery. Please do not wear the jewellery if you intend to return it. We cannot resell jewellery that has already been used. We are unable to accept any returns for earrings due to hygiene reasons. If you have bought earrings with a set then the set also cannot be returned. ** Please note : when purchasing any of the full complete (sealed) swarovski factory packets, it is our policy that we will not exchange or give a refund if the packet has been opened, so please check your item before opening the packet & if you are unsure, if they are correct etc, then please contact us first ** Please Note : All Bespoke/Custom made orders (Personal Requests) refunds will not be given for bespoke items as they cannot be resold as normal stock as its custom made to suit your requirements. Updated 17/06/07 Custom Made Means : Any item where the colours of the Crystals Pearls Seed beads etc have been changed from what is shown on the web, this also includes where the size has been changed at your request, smaller or bigger. How To Send Items Back : Please send back all jewellery via Royal Mails Special Delivery Service, for crystal scatter, if the items that you need to send back & the value is not over £36 please send back by Recorded delivery (Jewellery will not be insured with Recorded Delivery) if the value of crystal order is more than £36 please send back via Royal Mails Special Delivery service as the item/s Jewellery or crystals will then be insured should they get lost or damaged , and you will also have proof of posting. We cannot give a refund if we do not receive your parcel. **Any items sent back for exchange, There will be a charge for the postage for the re-delivery of your items as per our shipping rates** When returning your jewellery, we will also appreciate hearing your reasons for the return, so we can better improve our store for the future. When you return the items to us, please use bubble wrap for all crystals and and make sure that jewellery had been pack well to avoid any damage from transit, after we receive the returned goods and they have been checked for damage and for signs of the jewellery being worn. If the jewellery or crystals are damaged when on their returned to us, this means no refund will be given or offered, if they are in good condition we will then credit your account within 2 working days. If you paid via Nochex, we will refund your money back in to Nochex, If you paid via Paypal, we will refund your money back in to Paypal. If you pay by Cheque or bank transfer,we will refund by cheque, which can take up to 7 days. PayPal's Privacy policy can be found here.
