We run our business by the policies we have set out in our terms and conditions which enables us to provide the customer with the best possible service possible. Please take the time to read these terms and conditions so that you understand the way our business works

By using this website, you are agreeing that your access to and use of this website are subject to the terms and conditions. This website may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies which may not be complete or current. crystal-wedding-jewellery.co.uk therefore reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to modify or update information or prices at any time without prior notice. Please note that such errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may relate to pricing and availability. While we endeavour to make sure that all prices on our website are correct, errors may occasionally occur. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

The pictures of the colours for the Jewellery, Crystals, Pearls and Components shown on this website are to be used as a reference guide only, as variations in Computers, Monitors, Printers and internet browsers, combined with the difficulty in photographing the Jewellery, Crystals, Pearls etc, we cannot guarantee that the colours in the pictures will look exactly the same as the actual colours of the real crystals or pearls you will receive, as there are always variations in the colours, from size to shape the colour for one size can look very different to the next size up, also when they are being made and going through production this is not 100% consistent and there can be different variations in colour from batch to batch.

Whilst we have tried our very best to make them as true as possible. For Scatter Crystals, if you are unsure about the colours or sizes, we suggest that you purchase a small pack of 100 pcs for samples.

VAT (Value added Tax)

All of our prices including VAT 17.5% for all UK and EU orders, orders from outside the UK and EU VAT charge will be removed after selecting shipping worldwide. EU customers may not be charge import duties, for customers outside the EU may be charged import duty depending on rate of your country and the value of your order, we are not responsible for customs duties.

Shipping Rates

For UK customers, we send out via Royal Mail.
1st Class Recorded delivery Mail, this will require a signature.	Cost starts at

If your order value is more than £36 or your order is for jewellery, then we advise that you should choose Special Delivery. ( Please Note Any orders for crystal scatter valued more than £39 in case loss or damage the max refund will only be £39, For jewellery losses or damage, no refund or replacement will be offered as there is no insurance for Jewellery with this service )	£2.65

If you selected :

- Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed Next working Day by 1 PM not including Weekends and Bank Holidays, is available for orders placed before 12 Noon Monday to Thursday ( Orders on Friday are not Guaranteed for Next Day, but normally 80% will arrive on the Saturday, Royal Mail Guarantee for the Monday)

- Royal Mail Special Delivery Saturday Guaranteed delivery is only available for order on Friday before 1PM, which Royal Mail is not Guarantee for delivery on Saturday.

- Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery will take 2 - 15 working days to arrive.

We are unable to do anything about delays or missing packages until 15 working days has elapsed, this is not our policy but Royal Mails, they will not look for or process any claims until 15 working days has past from the date of posting. All parcels will require a signature. If you are not in a card will be left to say where your parcel can be collected from.

If your order (Crystals) has not arrived, we can despatch your order out again before 15 working days but we require payment to be paid for that order again and it must be paid before the parcel is resent. If you have pay for the order again and if after 15 working days your first order still has not arrived then we will refund your first order and claim against the Royal Mail. If you first order arrives after 15 working days and replacement order has been dispatch then you can return either of the orders for a refund.

Please note : That we are unable to resend order again if it has not been confirm from Royal mail (After 15 working days) that it has been lost, unless it has been paid for the order. If you require the goods urgent we suggest you select the special delivery next day.

- Royal Mail International Sing for, we send by Air mail.

For Europe will take 4 - 15 working days to arrive.

For USA will take 1 - 4 weeks to arrive normally, if the parcel has not been held at customs it will arrive within 7 working days.

For Asia will take 1 -4 weeks to arrive normally, if the parcel has not been held at customs it will arrive within 7 working days.

The customers is responsible to arrange for collection or re-delivery. Any parcels not collected and returned to us will be sent out again, but a postage charge for re-delivery will apply and must be paid before the parcel is resent. However, if you do not wish to have the goods sent out to you again we will refund the cost of your order less the shipping costs, a restocking fee of £3.00 will also apply.

If you do not receive the expected package within 30 days of dispatch please notify us for any claim to be valid.

We will not be responsible for any claims for lost or non delivery, which have not been notified to us within 30 days of the date that we have dispatched your order.

Delivery Details

For crystal scatter Only, if you place an order before 12 noon Monday - Friday, Your order will be processed and shipped out the same day (Subject to stock). Orders received after the above times will be shipped out the next day, if it is Weekend or bank holiday, this means we will ship out on Monday or the next working day after a Bank Holiday when we are back to service. (Update 29/08/08).

For Jewellery - shipping out the same day is possible, or not over 7 working days, as all Jewellery is Handmade to order.

We will confirm all orders via email with the exact dispatch day for your order. If you have placed an order but did not receive an email from us confirming dispatch of your order within 7 days of placing your order, please contact us immediately.

Backorder : If the items that you have ordered is not be in stock on the day that you have placed an order, we will send the other items that are currently in stock out first and inform you the day that we expect the item will be in stock during the next 7 - 10 days, in this case we not charge for extra post cost, however if you unable to wait a refund will be offer.

Please be aware that we only send out back-ordered items by recorded delivery not special delivery, which means you can claim compensation of up to £39 Maximum, if you wish us to send by Special delivery for compensation of up to £500, we will need £3.30 extra for this service

(Applys for UK orders only, for international order if the items that you have ordered is not be in stock, we will inform you the day that we can delivery the item that is not in stock out to you, if you unable to wait we will send the items that are currently in stock to you and cancel the items that not in stock along with a refund within 24 hours)

Returns Policy

You can return jewellery or crystals and we will refund the full cost of the item/s, minus the shipping charge. If you are not satisfied or the jewellery did not meet your expectations for any reason, we will be glad to either exchange the jewellery, or refund your money (your choice), as long as its within 7 days of you receiving your order.

When you take delivery Please Check all your items straight away, If the Jewellery or Crystals arrive damaged..., then you must please contact us immediately in the same day you take delivery of your goods, so we can be able to make a claim for a refund or replacements.

If you are not contact us about any damaged items on the same day you take delivery breaks our terms as laid out in the Crystal Beads - Jewellery Shop Returns Policy, this will mean we are not obliged to offer any compensation, money or goods, and cannot be held accountable.

IMPORTANT:

To return any jewellery or Crystals to us, you must first please contact us immediately via Email (Click here) Please do not return items without our agreement and instructions from us.

Return Items

To receive a full refund, the jewellery or crystals must be returned in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received within 7 days of you receiving your order. Do not throw the packaging away until you're sure you want to keep the jewellery. Please do not wear the jewellery if you intend to return it. We cannot resell jewellery that has already been used. We are unable to accept any returns for earrings due to hygiene reasons. If you have bought earrings with a set then the set also cannot be returned.

Please Note : All Bespoke/Custom made orders (Personal Requests) refunds will not be given for bespoke items as they cannot be resold as normal stock as its custom made to suit your requirements.
Custom Made Means : Any item where the colours of the Crystals – Pearls – Seed beads etc have been changed from what is shown on the web, this also includes where the size has been changed at your request, smaller or bigger.

Exchange Items

**Any items sent back for exchange (except faulty, incorrect goods), there will be a charge for the postage for the re-delivery of your items as per our shipping rates**

Please Note : For Crystals we will not exchange or give a refund if the packet (sealed plastic bag or Swarovski factory packets) which contains crystals has been opened or items damaged in transit back to us, so please check your items before opening and if you are unsure please contact us. How To Send Items Back :

We suggest that you please send back all jewellery via Royal Mails Special Delivery Service, for crystal scatter, if the items that you need to send back & the value is not over £36 please send back by Recorded delivery (Jewellery will not be insured with Recorded Delivery) if the value of crystal order is more than £36 please send back via Royal Mails Special Delivery service as the items will then be insured should they get lost or damaged , and you will also have proof of posting, please be aware that we cannot give a refund if we do not receive your parcel.

If the jewellery or crystals are damaged when on their returned to us, this means no refund will be given or offered, if they are in good condition we will then credit your account within 2 working days.

If you paid via Nochex, we will refund your money back in to Nochex, If you paid via Paypal, we will refund your money back in to Paypal

Privacy Policy
We do not pass on or sell your email address or any other information with anyone.
Your Credit & Debit card payment information is processed by PayPal or Nochex on their secure sites. Your payment is then sent to us, we do not receive any Credit or Debit card information from PayPal or Nochex, that information stays within PayPal or Nochex depending on which service you have used.
